Irbis Logistics Transportation Average
The transportation and logistics sector displayed positive momentum last week, with approximately 85% of the constituents posting gains.
The sector's performance was driven by gains in Logistics Technology and Rail Transport, despite some underperformance in European Integrated Freight and Shipping.
The Irbis Logistics Transportation Average (ILTA) closed at 916.55 on January 19, 2025, marking a 1.85% weekly gain.

Biggest gainers:
Logistics Technology: Zebra Technologies Corp (+6.85%) and Descartes Systems Group (+4.88%) showed strong performance, reflecting robust demand for digital logistics solutions.
Rail Transport and Freight: ODFL (+7.95%), Norfolk Southern Corp (+4.79%) and Knight-Swift Transportation (+3.96%) recorded solid gains last week.
Cold Storage and Industrial REITs: Lineage (+5.62%) and Americold Realty Trust (+1.9%) posted significant gains after a period of decline.
Biggest decliners:
European Shipping: Hapag-Lloyd (-8.15%) and DSV (-6.21%) experienced the steepest declines among constituents.
